Within 6 months, the properties that fit will be presented: at the beginning a payment of €1,500 is made, after 3 months if there is no decision, it is decided whether to modify the criteria or continue along the same lines.

When you have full interest in one property you will sign a legal reservation (contrato de arras)

Our service will be 2% of the value of the property, with a minimum of €2,500 and a maximum of €5,000.
