I’m Enric Poch, and I want to accompany you in one of the most important decisions: the purchase of a property.

I have personally experienced the difficulties when you want to buy a home and I discovered that it would have gone much better if I had known the risks that exist in an unregulated market like real estate, full of surprises and scares if you don’t have a good guide.

Our vocation is to give an opinion that never contradicts our client’s goals and, as long as it is realistic, to accept the task of finding a property that is satisfactory.

We started our area on the South Costa Brava, then we expanded to Barcelona city and now we have added Tarragona, Castelló and Valencia, thanks to new additions to the team.
